Literary means Hokusei hill’s observation park.
We can all see the panoramic view of Taisetsu mountain range and surrounding from the pyramid shaped observation tower!

well…oh, i see, the hill was created 2millions – 1million ago by pyroclastic flow.
You can enjoy lavender in summer time!
and there is a tourist information center in the park.

When you are in Biei, it’s a good spot to drop by!
