Let`s go eat at Furano`s Suzukake Restaurant
This time, let`s go to Suzukake for lunch in Furano!
Although we are going for lunch, dinner is also recommended!
Furano Marche, a major tourist hot spot, is directly next to Suzukake. Do your souvenir shopping before or after having a meal here!

It looks a little pricey, but it also looks quite delicious!
Now, what shall I order…
Shouga-yaki Tei-shoku (Stir-fried Ginger Pork Set)
Ladies`s Go-zen (Ladies` Set)
I was intending to order the Suzukake Set, but I decided to go with the Ginger Pork Set in the end.
In the restaurant, there was also a “Furano Wineball” poster. Starting in 2017, Furano decided to start making its own cocktail. It’s similar to a highball, except Furano wine is used instead of whiskey.
There are also frozen handmade gyoza (dumplings) available for sale!

After about 15 minutes, our food arrived!!
Shouga-yaki Tei-shoku (Stir-fried Ginger Pork Set)
There is miso soup, as well as pickled vegetables (suke-mono) and some sort of stewed cabbage in small dishes.
Ladies`s Go-zen (Ladies` Set)
Sashimi, Suzukake`s famous salted fried chicken, and the stewed cabbage? There`s also a small salad, pickled vegetables, and jelly for dessert.
Both orders were quite filling and the flavor was also completely satisfying.
The salted fried chicken was delicious too!
